# FAQ for Entity Users

### Eligibility

<summary><strong>How can my business use Myinfo Business?</strong></summary>

To use Myinfo Business, your business must be registered on **Corppass** and have an authorised administrator (Corppass Administrator) set up for the entity.

Steps to participate:

1. Ensure your business is registered with **ACRA**.
2. Ensure your business as an authorised **Corppass Adminstrator account** set up via the [Corppass Portal](https://www.corppass.gov.sg/portal).
3. The Corppass Administrator assigns which **Singapore-resident users** (NRIC/FIN account holders) can transact on behalf of the business for Myinfo Business digital services. Note that Singpass Foreign Account holders cannot access Myinfo Business.
4. Authorised users can then access the Myinfo Business service via Corppass on behalf of your business.

This ensures that only **verified users of your business** can retrieve corporate and personal data securely via Myinfo Business.

<summary><strong>How do I know if I am assigned to use Myinfo Business?</strong></summary>

You can use Myinfo Business if you are a **Singapore resident** with a valid Singpass account (NRIC/FIN) authorised to transact for your business via Corppass. Typically, your Corppass Administrator assigns you this access.

Eligible users include:

* Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
* Eligible pass holders (e.g. Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit, Student Pass, Dependant’s Pass, Long Term Visit Pass, Immigration Exemption Order holders).

To confirm your assignment:

* Log in to the [Corppass Portal](https://www.corppass.gov.sg/).
* Check if you are explicitly authorised for the specific Myinfo Business digital service, or if you have access to all digital services.
* If not, contact your Corppass Administrator.

### Viewing and Updating Data

<summary><strong>What should I do if Myinfo Business data is outdated?</strong></summary>

Users should be allowed to manually correct data in the form on the digital service.

Users are also encouraged to update their details with the relevant government agencies to keep their records current.

Myinfo Business retrieves official data that your businesses have lodged with the Government.

These data are official records retrieved from government sources and reflect what has been registered with the government.

If any information is incorrect, please contact the relevant agency (e.g., ICA) to update the respective data.

It normally takes **1-3 working days** for your Myinfo profile to reflect the updated data after verification by the agency.

<summary><strong>Can I retrieve personal data of other directors in my business?</strong></summary>

No. For privacy reasons, you can only access your business’ corporate data and your own personal data via Myinfo Business.
