# Other issues

### **How can Relying Parties (RPs) retrieve the user's Full Name?**

The process depends on the type of user:

* **NRIC/FIN Users:** The Full Name is retrieved from **Corppass Identity Claims** during authentication.
* **Foreign ID Users:** The Full Name is manually provided by **Corppass Admins or Sub-Admins** when the user's account is created.

Ensure your integration correctly extracts the Full Name from the appropriate claim in the authentication response.
