I cannot log in to the Corppass Developer Portal (CDP). What should I do?

Follow these steps to troubleshoot your login issue:

  1. Ensure your Singpass account is active and you are logging in as a "Business User."

  2. Confirm that your Corppass account is authorised to access the CDP digital service.

    • If you're unsure, refer to the

    • If you do not have the necessary permission to access CDP, please contact your entity's Corppass Admin for assistance in updating your access.
