Other Common Issues
How long will it take for my application to be approved?
The approval of your application will take up to three working days.
I see an "Unauthorised" error after logging in. What does this mean?
This typically means your Corppass account is not authorised for the CDP digital service. Contact your Corppass Admin to request the necessary permissions.
If you are unsure who your Corppass admin is, please refer to the FAQ on Finding Your Corppass Admin for assistance.
How can I switch between Staging and Production environments?
Use the environment toggle at the top of the dashboard. If the toggle is unavailable, ensure your role grants access to both environments.
I am unable to activate a digital service. What should I check?
Confirm that your entity's Corppass Admin has assigned the required roles to your account to manage digital services.
If you have the necessary permissions, after submitting the creation of a new digital service, your service request will need to be reviewed and approved by GovTech personnel.
Once approved, your application status will be set to 'Inactive,' and you can then configure additional settings and activate or publish your digital service.
Can I continue to use the Corppass Agency Admin (AA) portal? How long will the AA Portal remain operational?
Yes, you may continue using the AA portal, which will remain operational until 30 June 2025. During this transition period, both the AA portal and the CDP will operate in parallel to facilitate a smooth migration and support ongoing administrative processes. Any updates made in either the CDP or AA portal will take effect accordingly.
However, Relying Parties (RPs) are strongly encouraged to adopt the CDP as soon as possible, as it provides a more user-friendly interface and enhanced self-service features to improve efficiency.
