Does Myinfo Business for government agencies require Corppass login?

Yes, Myinfo Business (MIB) requires a Corppass login for newly onboarded services starting from 1 May 2025.

My customer encountered the error: "Your Corppass Account is not authorised to access this e-Service:Myinfo business. Please contact your Corppass Admin." What went wrong?

My customer said they have updated our entity’s Appointments information through ACRA, but their ex-director is still reflected in Myinfo Business. When will the correct Appointments information be updated in Myinfo Business?
