What is the process for Onboarding?

Partners to submit a request via Partners Portal with user journey.

Government partners must submit a request via the Partners Portal including the digital service’s user journey using the provided template. The partner support team will review the user journey and branding to ensure alignment with Myinfo Business requirements.

Can I request custom personas for my STG account?

We do not support the creation of custom personas. For integration testing purposes, please utilise our predefined common personas.

Can I use a subset of data fields for some user journeys within the same application?

No, all data requested must be used for the respective user journey.

Can our digital service retrieve data for backend processing without displaying it on a digital form?

No, Myinfo Business data is approved only for transactional services related to form-filling use cases. Retrieved data must be displayed on the digital form for user verification before submission. For backend processing use cases, contact the source agency or DOS TC Support Team.
