Why am I unable to view the 'Corppass Developer Portal' service in the Corppass Digital Service List (DGL)?

The 'Corppass Developer Portal' service is not displayed in the DGL as it is specifically intended for Relying Parties (RPs) and is not and is not accessible for entity use.


What is the purpose of the "Entity Types" field?

The "Entity Types" field ensures that only entities of the selected types are permitted to transact with the digital service.

For example, if the 'Hospitals' entity type is not selected, it means that entities with the "Entity Type = Hospitals" will be restricted from accessing the digital service.


What are the allowed entity types for a digital service?

The following is the list of entity types allowed to transact with the digital service onboarded to Corppass:

  2. Both Medical and Dental Clinic

  3. Businesses

  4. Charities and Institutions of a Public Character

  5. Clinical & X-ray Laboratories

What are the allowed entity statuses for a digital service?

  • Registered: The entity is officially registered with ACRA and recognised as an active business.

  • Deregistered: The entity has been formally removed from ACRA’s register, either voluntarily or due to non-compliance.

  • Withdrawn: The entity has voluntarily ceased its business operations and notified ACRA accordingly.

Can the entity type be changed after publishing the digital service?

Once UEN entity types are allowed for a published digital service, they cannot be removed. Please ensure that the options are carefully considered and confirmed prior to publishing the digital service.


What settings cannot be changed after publishing the digital service?

Once the digital service is published, the following settings cannot be modified:

  1. Allowed entity types:

    • Once UEN entity types are allowed for a published digital service, they cannot be removed.

  2. Allowed entity statuses:

    • Once UEN entity statuses are allowed for a published digital service, they cannot be removed.

  3. Sub-UEN authorisation metadata:

    • The Sub-UEN format cannot be modified after a digital service is published

  4. Roles:

    • Roles cannot be modified or removed after a digital service is published

    • New roles can be added, but cannot be modified or removed upon saving

    • If a published digital service has no roles, new roles cannot be added

  5. Parameters:

    • Parameters cannot be modified or removed after a digital service is published

    • New mandatory parameters cannot be added

    • New optional parameters can be added, but cannot be modified or removed upon saving
